About Vivi Studios

We are a consultancy focused on creating healthier, higher-performing places for people and planet. We operate at the intersection of healthy buildings, sustainability, wellbeing, building performance and future living.

Our work combines technical expertise with systems thinking, helping developers, housing providers, investors and organisations create environments that support human health, environmental resilience and long-term value.

Our Philosophy

We are not a traditional sustainability consultancy. We are founder-led and boutique by design — every client works directly with Lauren and Theodor, not a managed team.

We position at the regenerative level: beyond compliance, beyond sustainability. A building that meets its planning conditions is not enough. We measure what actually happens to the people inside and we say so, even when it is uncomfortable

The name is Latin. Vivi — of the living. Every building we work on is measured by one question: does it support the life happening inside it?"

While our current services include sustainability certifications and building performance advisory, our long-term vision is broader. We aim to become recognised thought leaders in healthy homes, regenerative design, healthy communities and the future relationship between people, place, nature and technology.

Our Values

The principles that guide our work and shape how we collaborate with clients

Human-Centred

We begin and end with the people inside the building. Comfort, health and lived experience are not soft metrics: they are the measure of whether a building works

Evidence-Based

Our recommendations are grounded in research, data, and proven methodologies.

Future-Focused

We design for tomorrow, anticipating the evolving relationship between people, place, and nature.

Boutique Delivery

Every client works directly with Lauren and Theodor, ensuring personalized expert attention.

Personally delivered by the founders, every project benefits from direct expert attention
